Customized Therapeutic Massage

30 min- $45 60 min- $80 90 min- $120

The Custom Therapeutic Massage session is a personalized massage that allows the client to choose which areas of the body will be addressed or may require extra attention during the massage. The 30 minute session is recommended when targeting one particular area, for example neck and shoulders or lower back. The 60 and 90 minute sessions are ideal for people with widespread muscle tension throughout different areas of their body. The therapist will communicate with you to ensure that the pressure is only as deep as is comfortable. Making therapeutic deep tissue massage part of your regular wellness routine can help relieve stress, decrease muscle tension, and manage chronic pain.

Youth Massage

30 min- $45 60 min- $80

There is no age too young to begin experiencing the benefits of massage therapy! Youth massage is for ages 2-18. Touch is the first sense humans develop and is essential to our health and well-being. Massage therapy teaches children healthy views of touch and a sense of boundaries; it also decreases anxiety and stress, increases self-esteem, reduces pain, enhances body image, and enhances pulmonary function, among other health benefits. This is also great for high school athletes! Shorter massage sessions are better for smaller/ younger children.

Any person under the age of 18 needs to be accompanied by a parent to their appointment.

Prenatal Massage

30 min- $45 60 min- $80 90 min- $120

Massage during pregnancy is completely safe and healthy for both the mommy-to-be and baby when performed by a trained and licensed massage therapist. Unless your pregnancy is considered "high risk" or your doctor has specifically advised against massage, massage therapy offers many potential benefits such as the reduction of anxiety, relief of muscles aches and joint pains, and when massage is made a regular part of prenatal care it may even help to regulate hormones, reduce swelling, improve circulation, lead to better sleep, and improve labor outcomes. The prenatal massage treatment is performed with the mommy-to-be in reclined and "side-lying" positions using pillows to provide support and any necessary elevation.

Any questions or concerns regarding prenatal massage can be further addressed by the therapist.
